You may only create and maintain ONE account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Earning Points and Money

4.1 Earning Methods

Users can earn rewards through:

• Installing and trying applications
• Completing daily missions
• Referring new users
• Winning gaming competitions

4.2 Point Crediting

Points are credited to your account when:

• We receive confirmation from the third-party provider

• There is no fraudulent activity detected

4.3 Point Reversals

We reserve the right to reverse credited points if:

• The third-party provider issues a chargeback
• Fraudulent activity is detected

5. Withdrawals and Payments

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

We offer the following withdrawal methods:

• PayPal: Minimum $5.00 USD
• Cryptocurrency: Minimum $1.00 USD equivalent (Bitcoin, USDT, Litecoin)

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to:

6.2 Gaming Balance

Users maintain two separate balances:

• Earnings Balance: From offers, surveys, missions. Can be withdrawn.
• Gaming Balance: Converted from earnings (one-way). Used for game entries. Prize winnings added here.

Important: Converting earnings to gaming balance is permanent and cannot be reversed. Gaming balance can only be increased through winning games.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Using VPNs, proxies, or location-spoofing tools
• Providing false or misleading information to offers
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts
• Attempting to manipulate or defraud the system
• Sharing or selling accounts
• Abusing referral systems
• Chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
• Harassment of other users or staff
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or damage the platform

8. Third-Party Offers

Offers, surveys, and tasks are provided by third-party companies. By completing these:

• You agree to the third party's own terms and conditions
• Clucky.gg is not responsible for offer availability, quality, or crediting
• Disputes regarding offers must be resolved with the third-party provider
• We act as an intermediary and are not the offer provider
• Crediting timing depends on third-party confirmation (instant to 30 days)

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with offer-related issues but cannot guarantee specific outcomes with third-party providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Clucky.gg, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Clucky.gg or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

NO WARRANTY: Clucky.gg is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific earning amounts or rates
• Availability of specific offers or games
• That all offers will credit successfully
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clucky.gg and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or points
• Inability to complete offers
• Withdrawal delays or denials
• Technical failures or interruptions

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have actually withdrawn from your account in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.

• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination for violations, you forfeit any remaining balance and pending withdrawals.

13. Refunds and Chargebacks

All transactions are final. We do not offer refunds for:

• Gaming balance conversions (earnings → gaming)
• Game entry fees for completed or started games
• Points spent on any platform features
